This Fruit Sorbet is made with just 2 ingredients. It is ready in minutes and is such a delicious and refreshing sorbet with no added sugar. Made in your blender!

This is probably the easiest sweet recipe I have shared on my blog. Fruit sorbet is incredibly simple, easy to make and you only need 2 ingredients to make it. It is a delicious frozen snack that kids love to have as dessert and adults love adding some alcohol to it.

You will need a high-speed blender or food processor to make this and that’s it. Not ice cream maker is needed! Plus I love that I use any leftover fruit I have on hand. We always have random almost empty bags in the freezer of fruit. And this is one of my go-to ways to use them up.

This combo I shared here has strawberries, mango and pineapple in it. And I use full-fat coconut milk for the milk. You just need a few tablespoons of liquid for this so it’s easier to blend. Then if you do want this to be sweeter, just add some maple syrup or honey to the food processor or blender.

You can keep this on hand in the freezer for up to 2 months and just thaw it out for a few minutes before serving. My kids love adding any toppings too like coconut flakes or chocolate chips.

What 2 ingredients are in this healthy Fruit Sorbet:

  • Frozen fruit of choice – I use whatever we have on hand but we love a strawberry, pineapple and mango combo
  • Coconut milk – or milk of choice like almond milk or oat milk

How to make easy Fruit Sorbet:

  1. Add ingredients to your blender or food processor and blend until smooth. You will need to scrape down the sides of the food processor to get it to blend between pulses
  2. Serve immediately or store in freezer until ready to eat (thaw out for a couple of minutes before serving it from freezer)

FAQs on making Fruit Sorbet in your food processor:

  • Can I use fresh fruit for this sorbet? No, you will need frozen fruit! If you have fresh fruit on hand, just add to freezer for a couple of months so it firms up a bit.
  • What milk should I use for this? I love using fall-fat coconut milk, almond milk or oat milk. But you can also use cow’s milk if you prefer or even apple juice or water. I am all about using what you have.
  • Is this sorbet sweet? Not really. So if you want something sweeter, add some maple syrup or honey when blending. I don’t usually since fruit is naturally sweet but up to you!
  • What combos taste best? Use your judgment! Something like strawberry banana or a bunch of berries, mango and banana all sound great to me. Fruits are delicious blended together.
  • Can I make this sorbet into ice pops? Yes! I love that idea. I use these popsicle molds often.
