The best healthy Peanut Butter Banana Muffins made with gluten-free and dairy-free ingredients. Plus these have no added sugar – only sweetened with mashed banana! A favorite for adults and kids!
When it comes to breakfast over here, we are always switching things up. A lot of the time we eat things I make for the blog like my granola with yogurt, banana breads and Ezra loves a good muffin.
These muffins though are a parent’s dream to feed their kids. They have no added sugar besides the mashed banana and they come together in just 15 minutes. Plus the ingredients are all gluten-free and dairy-free too. I love the combo of peanut butter and banana so much and these muffins really bring it to life. You can of course add in some chocolate chips or blueberries too if you want to add a little something extra.
I love warming them up and adding a smear of peanut butter on top too or ghee or anything.
These are also very freezer friendly. So feel free to make them and stash them in your freezer for later! I usually microwave for a few seconds and enjoy or just let them thaw out a few hours prior to eating.
If you make these muffins, let me know what you think! I hope you love them as much as we do!!

These were incredibly yummy! Kept them in the oven for a bit longer than 15 minutes, but other than that, the recipe was perfect! Added some frozen berries to the batter and made a caramel sauce as well; it all worked together wonderfully.

I made these right after Thanksgiving and the only flour I had left was AP flour. They still came out AMAZING! Not as clean b/c of the regular flour, but it worked and they are YUMMY! Thanks for another great recipe!
