This healthy frozen strawberry yogurt bark is a family favorite! Made with just 3 ingredients and it’s perfect for a healthy snack for all ages.

We are still on a major yogurt bark kick right now. It has been a family staple since last spring and it just keeps getting better.

This is one of those easy snacks that you can make and keep on hand for when you or your kids want something to eat. My kids are actually obsessed with it and open the freezer door themselves to get it out now.

And I know it sounds crazy, I am just as stunned as you but apparently this is a hot commodity. After having over 12M views combined between IG and Tiktok on my vegan version and regular yogurt bark, it was time to take it up a few levels.

I cannot wait to hear what you think of the newest yogurt bark on the block.

What ingredients you need to make Strawberry Yogurt Bark:

  • Greek yogurt or cashew yogurt – either one works. I haven’t tried another yogurt here.
  • Frozen strawberries – I haven’t tried with with fresh but I think frozen would be best.
  • Water – filtered or tap water is fine
  • Granola – or you can do nuts, coconut flakes, anything crunchy! Cacao nibs are great too here.

How to make yogurt bark in the freezer:

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. Blend together strawberries and water until smooth
  3. Mix the blended strawberries into a bowl with the yogurt
  4. Spread the mixture across to create a thin layer (about 1/2 inch)
  5. Evenly sprinkle granola across
  6. Add to freezer to set for at least 2 hours then break into pieces
  7. Store in a large ziplock bag or freezer-friendly container in the freezer

FAQs on making yogurt bark:

  • How long does it take for yogurt to freeze? Usually 1 hour but I like to leave it for 2 or so to get it very frozen.
  • How long does yogurt bark stay good for? I say 2 months for most things in the freezer!
  • Can you use another fruit besides strawberries? Yes you can use any frozen berries! Like we did in this Easy Blueberry Yogurt Bark
  • Can you take this snack on the go? It melts pretty quickly so I recommend eating within a few minutes or packing in a cooler pack.
