They are cakey, a little fudgey and almost too good to be true. They are fool proof and you wouldn’t never know they are “healthier” when you bite into them. Yet they just so happen to be vegan, gluten-free and have no refined sugar. And if you want to really take things up a few notches then 100% add your favorite ice cream right on top. You will have zero regrets.

This is one of those desserts that you are going to just keep coming back to over and over again. We make them on repeat over here and might I also add that they taste *killer* frozen too?!

How to make vegan and gluten-free funfetti blondies:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease an 8×8 baking dish or round baking dish with oil
  2. Cream together eggs, cashew butter, extracts, ampler syrup and oil together
  3. Mix in flour and baking powder until smooth
  4. Fold in sprinkles then pour batter onto baking dish and bake in oven for about 20-22 minutes or until ready
  5. Cut into desired slices and enjoy!
