All the easy meals please! These buffalo chicken burgers have been on repeat over here. Mainly because you can pair them with anything and everything. And because Ezra and Jordan and I all love them and they’re ready in 20 minutes. There is nothing better or easier in my opinion.

These are also the type of recipe you can really add anything you want to them to fit what you are craving. I love serving mine either on a bun or over a salad with some sweet potato fries (ideas linked below). And if you are doing a Whole30 at all these are perfect to make and have on hand for easy lunch or dinner too.

You can of course adjust the spice to fit your tolerance so if you like things extra spicy, use hot buffalo sauce. We usually do mild buffalo so Ez and I can eat them too then Jord just drowns his in hot buffalo sauce. Granted Ezra probably has more of a spice tolerance than us both – it is crazy.

If you guys make these at home, let me know!! I love hearing from you guys.

  • Mild or hot buffalo sauce
  • Baby spinach – or use arugula too!
  • Garlic clove

How to make easy oven-baked buffalo chicken burgers:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees and grease a large cast iron skillet or baking dish
  • Mix together chicken, buffalo sauce, spinach, garlic, onion and spices together
  • Form into 4 equal sized patties and add to skillet
  • Bake in oven for about 20 minutes or until fully cooked (I also like to broil for about 1-2 minutes so they get a little charred)
