These healthy Frozen Yogurt Cups are such an easy and delicious snack and a kid favorite. You only need 3 ingredients to make them and they’re filled with protein and have no added sugar.

The yogurt snack obsession CONTINUES. And the obsession on all things snacking in general.

I am always looking for new ideas on things to feed my kids. And when your kids love yogurt and fruit, I like to at least switch things up however I can. Whether that’s different types of yogurt like cashew, coconut, greek etc. And I like to prep the yogurt snack in different ways.

And these Frozen Yogurt Cups are some of my kids favorite things to snack on. They are also cooler so if your baby is teething, this is a great snack for them that will feel good on their gums. And if your son is like Brody, they would bathe in yogurt if I let him.

I cannot wait to hear what you guys think of these!

What ingredients are in these Frozen Yogurt Cups:

  • Greek yogurt (I usually use unsweetened but any works)
  • Granola – any granola you’d like. Or use some chopped nuts or something else for a crunch
  • Creamy nut or seed butter – peanut butter, almond butter, sunflower butter, anything works
  • Optional: fresh or frozen fruit, honey or maple syrup to make sweeter

How to make Frozen Yogurt Cups:

  1. Line a 12 muffin pan with liners (I use a silicone one for easy removal)
  2. Fill each cup about ½ way with yogurt
  3. Place equal amounts of granola on top of yogurt (and fruit if using)
  4. Add more yogurt on top of granola then drizzle peanut butter across the yogurt cups
  5. Freeze for at least 2 hours or until yogurt is frozen

FAQs about Frozen Yogurt Cups:

  • Do you eat these yogurt cups as a snack? Yes! I love snacking on them and my kids love to eat them too for even a fast breakfast.
  • How long do these cups stay good for? They’re good in the freezer for up to 2 months. They melt within 10-20 minutes so I don’t recommend them on the go.
  • Are these made with actual frozen yogurt? Nope! They use greek yogurt and freeze. Making them “frozen” yogurt cups 🙂
