You guys know I love my bark recipes over here. And there is a reason why banana bark, date bark and the Healthy 4-ingredient Strawberry Banana Bark. And now these Fruit Bark Clusters! They’re all so delicious and satisfy our sweet tooth but in a healthier way.

These bark clusters that I made is a combo of the banana bark and strawberry bark. And it has the added crunch in it which you know I love. It has a base layer of sliced strawberries, blueberries and banana then I add some cereal, granola then melted chocolate, peanut butter and some coconut flakes on top too.

The flavors in these bark clusters is sooo good. And it’s a recipe you will want to keep stocked up in your freezer. I love having recipes like these on hand for when I am craving something sweet. And this is such a healthy dessert and the only added sugar is from the chocolate chips.

What ingredients you need to make Fruit Bark Clusters:

  • Strawberries – fresh strawberries for this!
  • Blueberries – I don’t recommend frozen here. Fresh works best
  • Banana – sliced into rounds
  • Creamy peanut butter – or use any creamy nut butter you prefer
  • Cereal or granola of choice – I love adding this in for an extra crunch!
  • Chocolate chips – dark, milk or semi-sweet all work for this. Use your favorite!
  • For topping: cacao nibs, coconut flakes for more crunch!

How to make these delicious Fruit Bark Clusters:

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and add strawberry slices, blueberries and banana to form a “flower” of sorts. Make sure they are all touching
  2. Then sprinkle some cereal across each cluster
  3. Melt chocolate chips in microwave (add coconut oil if needed) and melt in 30 second increments until melted (stir in between)
  4. Drizzle chocolate layer across the clusters
  5. Then drizzle peanut butter on top and sprinkle some cacao nibs or coconut flakes if using
  6. Add to freezer to set for at least 20 minutes then enjoy!

FAQs and tips on making these bark clusters:

  • You can use any chocolate you’d like in this recipe. I usually use dark chocolate or semi-sweet but it is up to you!
  • I recommend using drippy nut butter in this so it drizzles well. But you can also warm up the peanut butter too too to make it easier to spread.
  • If you are allergic to peanut butter, you can also use any nut butter you want like almond butter, cashew butter or even tahini.
  • How should I store these clusters? Keep this in the freezer for 2 months or fridge for 7 days!
  • Can I make this even lower in sugar? Sure! Use chocolate without added sugar if you want.
