Learn how to make hard boiled eggs in the oven! This simple method of hard boiling eggs is incredibly easy and a must try next time you go to make some.
My husband *loves* making hard boiled eggs. He thinks it’s easy to make them on the stove (we share how to here). I on the other hand am lazy and the thought of boiled water, timing the boil, shutting the flame off, the lids, blah blah blah are just annoying to me.
But when I started making hard boiled eggs in the OVEN – well that just changed the game!
The timing of hard boiling eggs on the stove is a pain in my tush and I always did it wrong. But the idea and simplicity of hard boiling eggs in the oven has to be the easiest method in my opinion.
You only need one ingredient to make these (eggs of course). I have a feeling you will love this method as much as I do. Let me know if you try it too!

- Why make hard boil eggs in oven? It is so much easier in my opinion. Less effort and timing from my perspective! But if you prefer stovetop, try Jordan’s go-to method.
- How long do hard boiled eggs stay good for? About 5 days in the fridge.

This is: very clever, but I still think making hard boiled eggs is easiest in my Instant Pot. They peel easily without even ice water. Making deviled eggs is a dream. Have you tried it that way? I am going to try it as you suggest, just to compare. My hard boiled eggs were a disaster, always!
