How to make the BEST egg salad and hard boil eggs:

  1. Fill a medium pot of water enough to cover the eggs and add the vinegar and bring to a boil
  2. Gently drop in your eggs
  3. Cook the eggs over a medium boil for 7 mins for runny eggs or 10-12 min for a fully cooked center
  4. Place cooked eggs into an ice bath for 5 mins (a large bowl with ice and water)
  5. Then crack and peel eggs
  6. Grate the eggs with a cheese grater not a medium bowl and mix with mayo, dijon, bacon and salt and pepper
  7. Serve over your favorite piece of bread, bagels or crackers

  • 4 eggs (at room temp if you can but not necessary!)
  • 2 tablespoons mayo of choice
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • Sea salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional: cooked bacon chopped up (so good)
