APPLE WEEK BABY!
Welcome to the most wonderful week of the year fam. Apple week. Which is also known as Rachel’s favorite theme in the world. And that is because I am likely the biggest apple fan you have ever met.
But really… I eat apples every single day. It is the one fruit I cannot live without. Whether I am traveling in a foreign country or whatever – I am snacking on apples. They’re favorite my go-to fruit. And if you know me well, you know I am all about honey crisps. I spend waayyyy too much $$ on my organic honey crips addiction. But they make me happy and fill my heart with so much damn joy guys!
I have a feeling you will go nuts over this week’s line up. And I debated saving these for last, but I wanted to come in real hot for ya. So let’s GO fam. Make these, love them and share them with anyone you love. Or be like us and just eat them all – HA!
Don’t forget to tag me and #rachLappleweek when you make all the recipes this week!!

These apple fritters turned out so delicious! Not to mention they made my house smell amazing! I substituted whole wheat pastry flour and unsweetened cashew milk cause that’s what I had on hand, then I air fried them at 350 for 12min and they were perfection. Definitely will be making these again 🙂
Rachel
awwww yay thank you!!!
Lisa
Amazing recipe! I used regular sugar and that was my only change. I used Granny smith & Honeycrisp apples. My husband loved them.

Pretty good! I preferred them without the glaze. I slathered peanut butter on top instead. I used bobs red mill 1:1 and it worked perfectly. I love that they aren’t too sweet.
