Sharing the Ultimate Gluten Free Fudge Brownies by one of dear friends, Bakerita!
This likely won’t come as a surprise to you, but I rarely ever make recipes from other food blogs. Usually because I am horrible at following directions aka why I starting making up my own recipes.
But there are a few bloggers who create recipes that seriously speak my love language.
I am so grateful to have connected with some amazing food bloggers via Instagram and this crazy internet, and Bakerita has been one of the absolute sweetest people I have met in this space.
Rachel, of Bakerita, is based out in SoCal and creates some of the most delicious looking and tasting dessert recipes! I like to think she is my dessert soul twin because I haven’t seen anyone else who posts more healthy desserts than we do. I have loved following along her blog for years and watch her Instagram and brand take off like crazy. She takes the most gorgeous photos of her creations that leave you feeling hungry and craving whatever it is she is making.
Today I made her Ultimate Gluten Free Fudge Brownies and they did not disappoint.
Rachel uses ingredients similar to what I use in my recipes, so making her brownies didn’t even require a trip to the grocery store. She uses almond flour, cacao powder, coconut oil and a few other simple ingredients to make these super fudge-like brownies. I used my favorite dark chocolate bar from Eating Evolved (code rachLcoconutcups for free chocolate surprise with order) and also their chocolate sauce on top. It was SO GOOD!
I had some left over blackberries from breakfast and decided to add them into the recipe for a little sweet and tarty flavor. Rachel also has a refined sugar-free frosting recipe to go along with these that sounded amazing. I am 100% making it next time I whip up these brownies.

Just one tablespoon of cocoa powder? Does it contribute anything to the flavour? Or is Navitas really that strong?
Thank you~
