This Peach Crumb Pancake Bread is *just* the recipe to top off what may be the most delicious week ever here on the blog. We have made so many different recipes using peaches and today we are whipping up this crumb cake pancake bread.
You guys already know about my Krusteaz obsession from that Blueberry Crumb Cake Pancake Skillet and those 5-ingredient Blueberry Pancake Cookies! we made a few weeks back. And this recipe is just the way to use up the rest of your Krusteaz Buttermilk Pancake Mix or give you a reason to run to the store immediately to buy it.
Krusteaz makes the most delicious pancake mixes (as well as a ton of other yummy mixes) and this one is free of artificial flavors, colors and preservatives. And they are foolproof! They always turn out amazing and I swear our fam is obsessed every single time I use their mix for an epic stack of pancakes or in a recipe like this crumb pancake bread.

What ingredients you need to bake this Peach Crumb Pancake Bread:
- Krusteaz Buttermilk Pancake Mix
- Water
- Egg
- Melted butter, ghee or coconut oil
- Cinnamon
- Peaches, chopped (about 1-2 peaches)
- Coconut sugar
How to bake peachy pancake bread:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a bread dish and/or line with parchment paper
- In a large bowl, mix together the pancake mix, water, egg, butter and cinnamon until fully combined
- Fold in peaches and add to bread dish
- In a small bowl, mix together the crumb toppings then sprinkle on top of the pancake bread
- Bake in oven for about 40 minutes or until ready (your kitchen is going to smell amazing!!)
- Slice when cool and enjoy

Ingredients
Pancake bread:
- 2 1/2 cups Krusteaz Buttermilk Pancake Mix
- 1 1/3 cup water
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons melted butter, ghee or coconut oil
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup peaches, chopped (about 1–2 peaches)
Crumb topping:
- 1/4 cup Krusteaz Buttermilk Pancake Mix
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 4 tablespoons coconut sugar
- 2 tablespoons softened butter or ghee
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a bread dish and/or line with parchment paper
- In a large bowl, mix together the pancake mix, water, egg, butter and cinnamon until fully combined
- Fold in peaches and add to bread dish
- In a small bowl, mix together the crumb toppings then sprinkle on top of the pancake bread
