DELISH Bacon and Brussels Sprouts Pizza! This is hands down my favorite pizza combo ever – it’s topped with goat cheese, brussels sprouts slaw, bacon and caramelized onions for an easy and flavorful pizza idea.
Oh my gosh!!!!! This pizza is the BEST flipping pizza I have ever eaten guys. The flavor combo is a bomb in your mouth. The bacon with the goat cheese and brussels sprouts and caramelized onions – I am salivating just thinking about it right now.
Seasonal pizzas have proven to be our thing. They (knock on wood) always go viral for us on Tok Tok and we now can’t not share a seasonal pizza of sorts with you guys. Plus you know at this point that J and I are probably the biggest pizza fans around. Jord is truly on another level and even Ezzie is obsessed with it. To the point where he goes ballistic if we eat pizza in front of him and don’t share (learned that the hard way).
This pizza is a great appetizer idea for entertaining. Or it is an easy dinner recipe of sorts too. It is easy to whip up and you can of course omit/make subs as you wish. Definitely try the bacon, goat cheese and brussels together though. It is killer. And we always make our caramelized onions from my cookbook. They are a game changer and a weekly staple in our food prep.
What ingredients are in this brussels sprouts pizza:
- Pizza crust of choice (this mix is great for GF)
- Brussels sprouts, cut into a slaw (I use food processor)
- Cooked bacon, cut up
- Caramelized onions
- Goat cheese (we used humboldt fog – Jord’s fave!)
- Sea salt and black pepper to taste
How to make this bacon, goat cheese + brussels sprouts pizza:
- Preheat oven per crust instructions and warm up the crust in oven so it is *almost* ready to be eaten (we love using our pizza pan)
- Quickly sautéed the brussels sprouts slaw for 2-3 minutes in a greased skillet so they soften a bit (you can add seasonings if you want)
- Assemble the pizza by adding the onions, bacon, brussels sprouts, more bacon (duh) then dollops of cheese around
- Broil in oven for 1-2 minutes or until cheese goldens a bit
- Slice into pieces and enjoy!

*Reheat leftovers on stovetop in a pan or oven. Store in fridge for 5 days.
