APPLE WEEK day 2!!! Coming atcha with something savory and delicious. And a way to switch up things in the kitchen after yesterday’s APPLE FRITTERS!

You guys know at this point that I live for my baked goods. But this pizza won us over fam. You will love every single flavor going on here. Especially the candied walnuts, which I swear we will do a recipe for soon! They’re such a game changer and way too easy to make if you ask me. Plus the arugula on top and the freshly sliced apples and HOT HONEY!! Wow guys just wow.

What ingredients are in apple, brie + hot honey pizza:

  • Pizza crust of choice (I used the frozen organic Trader Joe’s one)
  • Caramelized onions (recipe is in my cookbook)
  • Brie
  • Apple of choice
  • Candied walnuts or regular walnuts work too (we made our own candied ones – can do a recipe soon!)
  • Arugula
  • Hot honey for drizzle

How to make this fall-inspired pizza:

  1. Preheat oven to 420 degrees (or whatever the pizza crust directions say)
  2. Add the crust to a large pizza sheet or baking sheet
  3. Add caramelized onions to crust then cheese (spread evenly)
  4. Bake in oven for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is creamy
  5. Evenly sprinkle walnuts, apples and arugula on top then drizzle with hot honey, slice and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 pizza crust of choice (I used the frozen organic Trader Joe’s one)
  • 1/3 cup caramelized onions (recipe is in my cookbook)
  • Brie, cut into 1 inch squares
  • 1 apple, sliced thin (granny smith, fuji, gala, anything!)
  • 1/4 cup candied walnuts or regular walnuts work too (we made our own candied ones – can do a recipe soon!)
  • 1/3 cup arugula
  • Hot honey for drizzle

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 420 degrees (or whatever the pizza crust directions say)
  2. Add the crust to a large pizza sheet or baking sheet
  3. Add caramelized onions to crust then cheese (spread evenly)
  4. Bake in oven for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is creamy

Notes

*Store leftovers in fridge for 5 days. We love making this on the grill too!
