  • Chop your veggies once for the week. I love doing this on Sundays so I already have everything ready to go. When the veggies are prepped, throwing together a weeknight dinner becomes a five-minute task instead of a whole production. It saves me so much time during the busy fall season.

  • Store leftovers in airtight glass containers. These keep everything fresh and make reheating super easy especially when everyone eats at different times. They stack well, look nice in the fridge, and are perfect for grabbing leftovers for lunch the next day. 

  • Invest in a thermometer and a sharp knife. These two tools feel small but make a huge impact. A good thermometer guarantees perfectly cooked chicken every time (no guessing!), and a sharp knife makes prep faster, safer, and so much less frustrating.
