These 3-ingredient Ghost Pretzels are a must make snack for Halloween! They're easy to make and epic for a sweet and salty crunchy snack to eat.

Are these not the cutest chocolate pretzels you have ever seen?! We are obsessed!

I am on a kick making all things Halloween over here as you may have noticed. And these ghost pretzels are one of the easiest and more adorable recipes yet. You only need 3 ingredients to make them, including the candy eye balls. And they take 5 minutes or actually prep then they’ll set in the fridge for an hour until ready.

These make for a great crunchy and sweet yet salty snack to have. And they are adorable to gift to people for Halloween time too or make for get togethers or Halloween parties.

Tip: make sure to line your baking sheet with parchment paper or wax paper so the pretzels are easy to remove!

What ingredients you need to make mini ghost pretzels:

How to make ghost pretzels:

  1. Line a baking sheet with wax paper, parchment paper, or a silicone baking mat
  2. Dip pretzels, one at a time, in the bowl of melted chocolate, using a fork to turn the pretzel over . Shake off excess chocolate from the pretzel with the fork and be sure to shake the chocolate out of the bottom hole, so it looks like an open mouth then place onto baking sheet
  3. Immediately press two eyeballs into the top two holes for eyes – add a little extra chocolate if needed to support the eye balls
  4. Repeat with remaining pretzels then allow pretzels to rest and harden (I usually have them set in fridge for an hour!)

Tips for success making ghost pretzels:

  • When adding in the candy eyeballs – if your pretzels holes are too large, you may need to fill them with more chocolate so they have a backing of sorts! You can also let the chocolate set for a bit in the eye part then add in candy eye balls if they’re not staying
  • These ghost pretzels stay great in the fridge for up to a week if not longer! We love snacking on them when we have them on hand
  • If you aren’t into white chocolate – you can use dark chocolate or milk chocolate too – of course they won’t be “white” ghosts then though!
  • Make sure to not fully fill the “mouth” part of the pretzels with chocolate so it’s you can tell it is a mouth part
