My kids are obsessed with ice pops. Anything and everything ice cream, ice pops are a hit in our home. And when you add yogurt to the mix – you are speaking their love language.

Their excitement over these breakfast freezie pops though was truly hysterical. They were running to the freezer to pick out dessert and they saw these freezie pops in there. They of course requested them for dessert as well and were insisting on trying all the “colors”.

I love how nutritious these breakfast ice pops are. They’re a fun snack, easy to prep and you can make these in just 5 minutes. Plus you can really use any ingredients you have on hand and get creative here. We are always using different yogurts, fruits and mix-in’s to switch things up a bit.

Making homemade popsicles of sorts for your kids is a great way to offer nutrias foods in a more fun way. The yogurt or cottage cheese adds both healthy fats and protein. While also giving the freezie pops a creamier texture. Then the fruits make them sweeter to enjoy as well.

Tip: use fresh OR frozen fruits for this! Whatever you have on hand works well.
