Buffalo chicken are just one of those flavor combos that majority of people obsess over. Buffalo wings are so popular (at least with my crew) and they are always our go-to appetizer out to dinner.

This dip is created for all my friends who love buffalo chicken and also love cheese. My buffalo chicken dip has been perfected and tested many of times for you guys. It comes together in 30 minutes and when I tell you it is one of the most delicious dips you will make, I am not kidding.

If you love cheese and buffalo chicken – you will obsess over this recipe. Not to mention it can either be made hot or mild based off the type of buffalo sauce or hot sauce you are using.

I typically use buffalo sauce for a little spice and kick to it.

You only need a few ingredients to make this, which is great. And you can serve it with anything you want: tortilla chips, crackers, veggies, anything you are craving. I do recommend serving this dish hot out the oven too. If you do have leftovers, warm up in microwave or oven so it is warm again!

I cannot wait to hear what you think of this dish – you are going to love it.

What ingredients you need to make Buffalo Chicken Dip:

  • Boneless skinless chicken breasts – cooked about 3 small chicken breasts or you can use rotisserie chicken
  • Cream cheese – buy a block a cream cheese for this
  • Ranch dressing – I use store-bought so it is easier
  • Buffalo sauce or hot sauce – either sauce can work here
  • Green onions – use the green part of scallions for this
  • Mozzarella cheese – you can buy pre-shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Cheddar cheese – I like to buy a block of cheddar and shred it myself so it melts better
  • For serving: tortilla chips, crackers or veggies
