Creamy Whipped Feta Pasta Salad made with gluten-free pasta, olives, cucumbers, roasted red peppers, red onion, tomatoes and tossed in a creamy feta cheese dressing.

This is hands down my FAVORITE pasta salad recipe in the world.

We wanted to make a creamy pasta salad for Memorial Day Weekend and this came together amazingly and so easy. The flavors from the salad in conjunction with the dressing are too die for. The saltiness of the feta cheese paired with the olives, roasted red peppers and the crunch of cucumbers is just beyond.

My kids also devoured this recipe and it’s an easy dish you can also add in protein too on top if you want. I love adding in some grilled chicken, wild salmon, lamb burgers, anything! You can’t go wrong having this for a meal or serving it with your next BBQ. It is also a recipe that gets better after a few hours and after chill time. Let the flavors marinate and really come together. And I personally love eating pasta salad cool from the fridge.

I cannot wait to hear what you guys think of this recipe!! Don’t forget to tag me on Instagram and Tiktok if you try it.

What ingredients you need to make pasta salad with whipped feta dressing:

  • Gluten-free pasta of choice – you can use any pasta really but we use gluten-free since my husband has celiac. I love using elbows or you can use a penne, fusilli, anything you’d like.
  • Kalamata olives – I love getting the olives from the cold bar at the grocery store. A mix of all kinds! My kids are obsessed too.
  • Tomatoes – I omit these when I make for myself, but the crowd usually loves tomatoes in this dish.
  • Cucumber – I love a seedless cucumber chopped up in here for crunch.
  • Red onion – Just a little bit goes a long way but if you love red onion, add more.
  • Roasted red peppers – My favorite ingredient here in the salad. Roasted red peppers are great in a salad.
  • Feta cheese – the star of the dressing! A little saltiness and cheesiness.
  • Plain yogurt – A plain greek yogurt works best here to make it extra creamy.
  • Olive oil – or your preferred dressing oil but extra virgin olive oil is my go-to.
  • Lemon – fresh lemon juice squeeze in.
  • Chives – I LOVE adding these into the dressing!
