Can we take a moment to look at the 100000 different flavors and things going on in here. This monster munch bark is everything I want always and it makes for the most epic Halloween snack. White chocolate base filled with popcorn, candy corn, granola and all of the things.

I love making this for Halloween parties, my kids, myself and to gift to friends. It *flew* out of my house when we first made it. To the point where my friends were coming over just to snack on it ha! It is incredibly easy to make too and requires 5 minutes of effort. You just need a bit more patience to let it set in the fridge.

I can’t wait to hear what you guys think of this Halloween bark, I hope you love it as much as we do!

Tip: use any mix-in’s you want! This is my favorite combination to use for an epic Halloween bark.

What ingredients are in Monster Munch Bark:

  • White chocolate chips – any white chocolate works! You can melt chips or bark
  • Popcorn – popped like a plain sea salt olive oil one
  • Candy corn – I have yet to find a “healthier” one but it’s a Halloween classic
  • Granola – or make this one from the blog
  • Peanut butter cups or chocolate – I love adding the salty sweetness from peanut butter cups
  • Crushed up golden Oreos – I used these copycat ones but any work well!

How to make monster munch Halloween bark:

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread white chocolate across
  2. Evenly sprinkle popcorn, candy corn, granola, peanut butter cups and crushed cup cookies across
  3. Add to fridge to the bark sets for about 2 hours then break into pieces and enjoy!

Tips for success making Monster Munch Bark:

  • This recipe is foolproof! You can really use any toppings you want but I love this mix up we are sharing today! It is the perfect amount of sweet, salty and crunch too
  • You can keep this bark in the fridge for up to 7-10 days or keep in the freezer for 2 months – I personally love it cold the most
  • 100% spread the bark across parchment paper paper so it is easy to remove the bark once it is formed in the fridge
  • If you prefer dark chocolate or milk chocolate as a base, you can use that instead of white chocolate too
