HELLLLOOO! Save this post guys because you will be referring back to it over and over again. This is the ultimate cookie dough recipe. And the one we have been waiting for. It is vegan, gluten-free and makes ONE SERVING!!

What the what?! How crazy is that. I have been making this on repeat over here since testing it. And it is finally perfect enough to share with you guys. We all need as much edible cookie dough as we can get. Especially if you have an Ezra on your hands who makes you go insane and you need a little reward at the end of each day for making it through – HA! Just kidding.. love you Ez. But you are nuts 😉

Now let’s get to it, shall we?

Ingredients you need to make cookie dough for ONE!

How to make this vegan + gluten-free edible cookie dough:

  1. Melt the butter in a microwave safe bowl then mix in sugar, milk and vanilla until smooth
  2. Mix in flour then fold in chocolate chips and enjoy!
  3. **If you want to to bake this add in 1/4 teaspoon baking powder, pop dough in fridge then bake at 350 degrees F for 10-12 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon unsalted vegan butter
  • 2 tablespoons coconut sugar
  • 1 tablespoon non-dairy milk (I used a coconut coffee creamer)
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup gluten-free oat flour OR 1/3 cup almond flour
  • 23 tablespoons chocolate chips (code RACHL for free shipping)

  1. I think the flour ratio is off? I made this and it was total soup, even after I doubled the flour. 😭

  3. This. Is. Amazing. I make this every week now on Sunday but make a larger quantity- enough for 5 days, then it usually lasts for 4 and I am sad because it’s gone on day 5 but oh so happy I had it for 4 days!
