Funfetti baked oatmeal that serves ONE everybody. And it just so happens that this recipe is gluten-free, vegan and nut-free. Plus there is no added sugar (although you can totally add some maple syrup or honey if you want to sweeten it up a bit!). And what the beep is better the eating something funfetti and delicious and *not* having to share it with anyone.

You only need a few ingredients to whip this up. And it is one of those recipes you can make either first thing in the morning. or you can make it the night before and reheat if you want. It’s a quick and easy recipe and it makes the mornings 1000000x better – I promise!

  1. Whipped this up last night to warm up this morning bc not having to worry about breakfast is the best! Daughter and I both loved it and will definitely make again! She loved helping make the recipe too. We just threw some sprinkles right into the oatmeal.

  2. Awesome!! Made this today with my toddler. We used the apple sauce version. Rave reviews from the whole fam. She thought she was getting an extra special treat because of the sprinkles, and I loved the ingredients.
This will definitely become a go-to that I can prepare while everyone else is still sleeping to have ready for when everyone wakes up on those busy mornings 🙂
