There is truly nothing better than a big a$$ pancake to eat all to yourself. Especially when it is stuffed with banana and chocolate chips for full on banana bread vibes.

This pancake recipe is a staple over here. It is made with only a few simple ingredients and you only need 10 minutes to whip it up for breakfast, lunch or a little breakfast for dinner action (my favorite). It gets super crispy on the edges and is seriously one of the most delicious pancake recipes I have ever had.

You can add in anything you want to the batter too like blueberries, apples, walnuts, anything! I just personally love tossing in some banana slices or mashed banana in the center with chocolate chips so the cake is filled with the most delicious flavors ever.

If you make this recipe, let me know what you think! I hope you love it as much as we do over here!

  1. This was SO easy and delicious! I used King Arthur’s Measure for Measure GF flour and flax milk. The batter was super thick so I added a little extra flax milk. Otherwise, this was delicious and took me all of 5 minutes to make and enjoy. I plan on making these again this week!

  2. Such an amazing recipe and tastes divine! Could you please add the calories for serving size as well??

  3. Holy yes. What a special Sunday treat! Thanks so much for the fabulous recipe. I added mashed banana and lily’s choc chips, sooo good!
