Why is making dinner such a “to do” every single day? And now with the new year we are all wondering wtf to eat that is healthy and doesn’t taste like crap. Believe me – I get it. But I’m not one who jumps into the new year and all of a sudden eats differently. I like to think I eat well rounded diet all year around. Filled with tons of delicious and healthy options but also filled with food that fuels my soul.

I have rounded up over 3 dozen dinner ideas for you guys to make for yourself and your family and friends. They are all healthy and flipping delish. All of these dinner options are gluten-free too. And there are tons of vegan, paleo and Whole30 options too.
